In addition to delivering her keynotes and seminars,

Julia Garcia works with student athletes to reach their TRU fitness potential. 



Julia has been an athlete all of her life. She has succeeded in her diverse athletic career in everything from soccer, softball, track to cross-country. Her soccer career began at age 9. With the influence of her father, she began coaching and training other players by the age of 15 and she coached her first high school team by age 18.  In college, she was a scholar athlete at New York Institute of Technology, where she set the bar in women's fitness. Later, she would even hit the gym as a personal trainer.

Her team building and fitness training drills will help you build the strength, speed, and agility you need

to cross boundaries within yourself that you didn't even know were there!
